This year got norton update on then kept getting phone calls as firewall didnt register their end still. Again on all day and didnt work properly. Then every couple of weeks I kept getting phone calls that they needed to update as wasn't registering their end. Then last year in 2020 they said they would update by norton for me and firewall and would be about an hour. Everything went right when it went on first. I took out firewall security with Norton security for 5 years and paid £149.95 in 2019. If this was a Zero star I would have put that on.
